Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

1. Zero Tolerance Anti-Spam (CAN-SPAM & CASL)

Zacharias Home Decor Ltd. ("Platform") strictly prohibits the use of our Order Management and Routing Infrastructure for sending unsolicited commercial email (Spam). All workspaces must enforce a strict Double Opt-In (DOI) policy for any Tier 3 (Promotional) traffic. Purchased, rented, or third-party appended lists are categorically banned.

2. Deliverability Thresholds

To protect the integrity of our shared IP pools and upstream providers (e.g., Mailgun), all integrated workspaces must maintain the following operational metrics:

• Hard Bounce Rate: Must not exceed 5.0%. Automated webhook suppression is mandatory for all 5xx SMTP responses.
• Spam Complaint Rate: Must remain below 0.1% via FBL (Feedback Loop) integrations.
• Unsubscribe Links: Every non-transactional email must contain a clear, one-click unsubscribe mechanism adhering to RFC 8058.

3. Prohibited Content

Our routing layer may not be used to transmit content that involves:

• Illegal goods, narcotics, or unregulated pharmaceuticals.
• Deceptive marketing practices or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes.
• Adult content, gambling, or payday loan solicitations.
• Malware, phishing links, or obfuscated domain redirection.

4. Enforcement & Suspension

Violation of this AUP will result in immediate and automated suspension of API key privileges. In the event of a high spam complaint spike, the system will null-route outbound traffic and quarantine the workspace pending a manual audit by our Deliverability Operations Team.
